Starting Monday, January 24th we are going to have an exercise club at the church.
When: every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Time: 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
Where: church gymnasium
What: We are going to start exercising together!
Time: 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
Where: church gymnasium

We will have an exercise video to exercise to (sorry! I am not an aerobics instructor).
We will gather at 9:00 and then sweat it out together starting at about 9:10.
Kids: You can bring your kids and maybe a couple of toys for them to play with and we will just let them run around the gym with us. If we have enough interest & the need then we might start a babysitting schedule where we will take turns babysitting in the nursery.
Bring: water bottle and a floor mat or maybe a large towel to lie down on for floor exercises, any exercise DVDs you might have, dumbells if you want (I use 5 lb.)
